In order to respond to rapid expansion, we launched operation of a new plant in May and increased our workforce to nearly 1,800.

For this purpose, our major issue has been accelerating education and seminar to ensure excellent staff, therby strengthening the organization.

As a part of our annual seminar program, we conducted seminar for the chief executive and managers in May. Prior to the seminar, we had external lectors conduct field studies and interviews with the top management. This gave them better insight into the company's current situation so that they could provide situation-specific training. Over a two-day period, lectors covered issues for managerial staff such as expectations in their roles, managing labor, improving work, and leading subordinates. Participants gained much from the sessions.

THK Apparel (Zhuhai) will strive to continue improving the ability of employees through providing opportunities like this training session.
