Water Treatment Division Makes Sole Distributorship Agreement
with Ion Exchange (India) Ltd. (IEI) (07/02/2007)

On July 2, IEI and the Water Treatment Division held a signing ceremony for the Sole Distributorship Agreement at the Tokyo head office of Toray.

IEI is the largest water processing engineering company in India and a leading sales agency. The Water Treatment Division and IEI have been business partners for years and thanks to IEI, Toray has been enjoying sales growth in India for its water treatment membrane products. By concluding the Sole Distributorship Agreement, Toray aims to expand its sales further in the Indian Subcontinent.

IEI is going to expand the sales of Toray’s reverse osmosis (RO) membrane elements, ultrafiltration (UF) membrane module, microfiltration (MF) membrane module and membrane bioreactor (MBR) module.
