This is the highest award given to role model plants that reduce energy consumption and make significant efforts to promote energy management to create effective reserves of energy and electricity. This year, a total of six plants in Japan, including Toray’s Ehime Plant, received the award.
We are very encouraged and inspired by receiving this award and will take this opportunity to reconfirm our commitment to the further promotion of energy conservation.
