nano tech 2008 (Held On 02/13-15/2008)

The world largest international nanotechnology exhibition, “nano tech 2008,” was held at Tokyo Big Sight from February 13 to 15. During the three days of the event, about 50,000 people visited the exhibition site, which was a new record.

Toray displayed some of its unique materials developed through the full utilization of its unique nanotechnology in the field of the Foundation Businesses such as electrical conductive fibers, metalfree metalic films by utilizing nanomultilayer technology, transparent and colorless aramid films, and advanced plastics by nano-alloy* technology, as well as products in the Strategically Expanding Businesses and Developing Businesses, including carbon nano tubes, PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane module, and high performance DNA chips.

Toray jointly set up a booth with Toray Research Center Inc. Our booth was crowded with visitors during the three days of the event.
