  1. Q1. What does your company do?
LTX has three factories located in Samutprakarn. Mill 3 was established in 1974 to carry out spinning, weaving, and dyeing for denim fabrics, weaving for taffeta fabrics and to manufacture industrial product materials such as cord and fabrics for airbags.
  2. Q2. What does your department/section do and what work are you in charge of?
The Quality Assurance Section has been set up for 2 years now to develop the quality of products and to comply with assurance systems. I’m in charge of the assurance of quality of Industrial Material Products such as cord and fabric for airbags that are produced for automobile components and supplementary restraint systems.
  3. Q3. What kind of job do you mainly put a lot of effort into?
I take a lot of effort in Quality Management System as we have to reach goals to achieve the ISO/TS16949 certificate this year in order to meet the customers requirements and expectations, including the expansion of the business into Europe as well.
  4. Q4. When do you feel rewarded at work?
I have a chance to meet customers, suppliers, and oversea colleagues as well. This is a valuable experience in order for me to share ideas, and to learn new things and apply them for developing my working skills. I feel these are great rewards which I get at work.
  5. Q5. What was your most impressive work?
I got a lot of feedback at Mill 3 as far as freedom of work and good cooperation from colleagues was concerned but the most significant thing was the intention of QMS’s core team in trying their best and putting a lot of physical and mental effort in establishing and implementing ISO/TS16949 QMS in order to get the certificate on time.
  6. Q6. What is it that you put a lot of effort into in your personal life?
I work 6 days a week therefore I put a lot of effort in managing my time for my family because I believe that a warm family is the base for good success. I prefer to travel in up-country with my family and do activities together. I think it is important to share the happiness, care and love together. Family is very important for me therefore I have never forgotten to fulfill the happiness of family life.
