  1. Q1. What does your company do?
    Starting its continous polymerization spinning process and DTY process in September 1998, TFNL began polyester chip and polyester fibers products sales and that brought steady growth. In December 2003, the Company expanded its production capacity of polyester chip spinning, then in January 2005 it started production of nylon fibers for garments, knitted fabrics and panty hoses. In this way, the company continues to develop.
  2. Q2. What does your department/section do and what work are you in charge of?
    1.Production of nylon fibers for garments.
    2.As the production manager, I am in charge of not only safety, quality control and cost control, but also the planning and overseeing of budgets.
  3. Q3. What kind of job do you mainly put a lot of effort into?
    1.To maintain zero accidents at the plant and ensure that the production process runs effectively.
    2.To satisfy our customers by supplying quality nylon fibers punctually.
  4. Q4. When do you feel rewarded at work?
    It is a very challenging job since I have to make decisions by myself in wide range of business areas. So, I feel the same responsibility towards my work as if I were a top executive and take my work very seriously.
  5. Q5. What was your most impressive work?
    1.When we successfully delivered our first polyester fiber products as scheduled to our customers, thanks to the cooperation between Japanese and Chinese staff members, I was filled with a sense of gratitude.
    2.In the first year at the Nylon Production Department, I had no confidence because of lack of experiences. I will never forget when our nylon products was recognized as the best Chinese nylon product supported by Japanese engineers and my colleagues.
  6. Q6. What is it that you put a lot of effort into in your personal life?
    1.I am studying to earn a MBA’s degree in polymer materials. My current goal is to earn the degree in early 2009.
    2.I now play badminton twice a week to increase my physical strength.
