  1. Q1. What does your company do?
    The company was established in 1980 as a member of the Toray Group. It now sells advanced composite materials, fibers and textiles, plastics and electronic machinery.
  2. Q2. What does your department/section do and what work are you in charge of?
    Advanced Composite Materials Department of TITP mainly focusing on Taiwanese sporting goods manufacturers and selling Torayca* carbon fiber materials to their factories in China or in Taiwan. I am in charge of sales operation and planning.
  3. Q3. What kind of job do you mainly put a lot of effort into?
    Based on the expansion plan of Toray carbon fiber, we focus both on market share expansion in the existing market as well as new application developments.
  4. Q4. When do you feel rewarded at work?
    As a sales representative, I have many opportunities to talk with CEO, top management and directors directly. Sales performance is much influenced by capability and personality of individual representative. I feel very rewarded and encouraged.
  5. Q5. What was your most impressive work?
    It was most impressive I went to EUROBIKE, the largest bike trade show held in Europe to successfully develop new clients. I expanded sales after business talks and intensive communications with end-users, conquering linguistic barrier.
  6. Q6. What is it that you put a lot of effort into in your personal life?
    As more than 90% of our clients are manufacturing sporting goods, I have many opportunities to enjoy sport, especially playing tennis , golf and fishing. Currently I get really involved in training with bikes, which is a new sport getting increasingly growing and popular. By understanding mechanical mechanism of bike as well as increasing my body strength and my experience of bike riding, I would love to tour around Taiwan with my bike.
