1. Q1. What does your company do?

   TTTM is a manufacturer and supplier of readymade fabrics in the form of greige and dyed fabrics. The major yarn types used in our production are polyester/rayon yarn and 100% polyester yarn. Our products are divided into 3 major types; that is, polyester/rayon blended woven fabric, knit fabric, and car-seat fabric.

2. Q2. What does your department/section do and what work are you in charge of?

   I’m responsible for 2 important sections; dyeing section and car-seat fabric section. In the dyeing section, the company may receive or purchase fabrics from other companies, or use the self-produced fabrics. Then, the fabrics will be passed through the production process for different colors of shades. Secondly, in the car-seat fabric section, we modify all types of fabric into car-seat fabrics which are used nowadays. My main responsibilities concern the techniques of car-seat fabric and color matching, including the quality control in laboratory and production department.

3. Q3. What kind of job do you mainly put a lot of effort into?

   For color matching, it’s a kind of work that needs skillful experiences because even if it passes the test by eyes and calculation analysis, there are still other several factors involved in the incorrect dyeing. However, I’m quite fortunate to have many experts helping me.

4. Q4. When do you feel rewarded at work?

   In my opinion, the reward I receive from work is not only high salary or work promotion. But it is also very rewarding for me when I could help my colleagues, my company, and my customers by trying and paying attention to the work until it is successful. I think that being a giver is as important as being a receiver.

5. Q5. What was your most impressive work?

   My work impression toward TTTM is that I find it as a union of people from different races, cultures and regions. Even with these differences, we can jointly work as a family with great performance. Whenever we do something wrong, there will always be someone giving us correct and useful advices as if an elder helps a younger or a grandfather helps his grandchild. So, the best definition of us is “Different, but Not Disunited.”

6. Q6. What is it that you put a lot of effort into in your personal life?

   When I have a leisure time or after working hours, I like watching several types of movie such as action, drama, romance, or comedy. It’s a convenient and fast way to relax and spending my leisure time. Also, I can easily learn about foreign cultures and lifestyles through the movies.
