Q1. What was your most impressive work?

My most impressive work was to achieve the challenging budget that has been growing every year during the critical situation of high competition in the markets.

Q2. What does your company do?

We manufacture and sell nylon and polyester filament yarn, engineering plastic resin, cast polypropylene and metallized film for industrial and apparel application such as automotive, fishery, packaging, textile and fabrics which are distributed to domestic and export markets.

Q3. What does your department/section do and what work are you in charge of?

I’m in charge of the Industrial Nylon Section, but this year, I was promoted to Section Manager, and I now oversee both the industrial and apparel nylon businesses.

Q4. What kind of job do you mainly put a lot of effort into?

I put a lot of effort in making relationships with customers, negotiate prices and order quantity with customers for domestic and export, make more profit with win-win business for both clients and Toray, and achieve sales budgets.

Q5. When do you feel rewarded at work?

I feel rewarded when I feel that customers are satisfied with our products, get trust from senior management, and gain cooperation from colleagues.

Q6. What is it that you put a lot of effort into in your personal life?

Before I started working at TTS, I was studying for my Master’s Degree. I still had several projects to catch up on and I needed to work on them while employed. Therefore, at that time, I need to manage everything and strike a balance between my work and personal life.
I really love travelling both abroad and upcountry. It makes me relax and learn more about culture and nature.
Family time is also important to me. I usually have dinner with my father and sister. Even though my mother passed away, it still is a warm family.
