  1. Q1. What does your company do?
    TITA is a 17 year old experienced trading company, mainly focused on the sales of Textile Products, which recently acquired the growing Medical Devices Business.
  2. Q2. What does your department/section do and what work are you in charge of?
    TITA Medical Department deals mainly with the distribution of Toray Medical products in the European Market. My daily tasks in TITA are focused on customer care and “delivery follow up” for some of Toray’s state-of-the-art products like Balloon Catheter (Inoue Balloon Catheter) and Blood purification apparatus (Toraymyxin*).
  3. Q3. What kind of job do you mainly put a lot of effort into?
    I always do my best to create a relationship based on “mutual trust” with all the persons who come in contact with me in everyday work and life.
  4. Q4. When do you feel rewarded at work?
    Despite the harshness of the Medical Devices Market, I can feel completely rewarded when I think that my job is contributing to save someone’s life and this helps me to overcome the big and small troubles of this work.
  5. Q5. What was your most impressive work?
    The first time I participated in an International Medical Exhibition, I was appointed to prepare the new informative pamphlet for Toraymyxin*, one of our medical devices for Blood purification. Despite my big anxiety for being in charge of that important task, I planned and designed the pamphlet with passion and the final result was much appreciated.
  6. Q6. What is it that you put a lot of effort into in your personal life?
    My existence completely changed 5 months ago, when my son was born. His coming brought a great amount of new responsibilities into my life, but at the same time gave me a new perspective on my role in this world. Now I have understood that I must put my best efforts in preparing his future life and a better world where he can live.
