Abdul Hakim Sani Brown competed in the men's 60m at the World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold (New Balance Indoor Grand Prix) held in Boston on February 5, and qualified for the final in third place with a time of 6.60 seconds. In the final held on the same day, he also recorded 6.60 seconds, finishing 6th overall.

He also competed in the men's 60m at the World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold (Millrose Games) in New York on February 11, recording a personal best tie of 6.54 seconds for second place.
