■ Pink Ribbon Campaign
The Toray Pan Pacific Tennis will collaborate with “Pink Ribbon Campaign”, having its promotional activity on site.
“ Pink Ribbon Pin” and the leaflet are provided to every person for his/her contribution over 500yen. The donation will be used for producing educational leaflet regarding the breast cancer, improvement of its medical examination environment, etc.

Date : Jan. 29 (Sat), 30 (Sun), and Feb. 1 (Tue) - 6 (Sun)
Place : opening - 18:00 (till 13:00 only for Feb. 6)
Activities : Entrance lobby, “Pink Ribbon Campaign” area

■ Japanese – Korean junior players friendship tennis camp
Organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the “Japanese – Korean friendship tennis camp” will be held for the purpose of technical advancement and of mutual understanding, between top juniors and coaches of these countries.
Playing and watching matches, seminar, etc. are planned to have valuable experiences through this world prestigious tennis tournament and its participating players.

Date : Feb. 1 (Tue) - 6 (Sun)
Place : Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium
Shonan Sports Center (Fujisawa-city)
Activities :
Feb. 1 (Tue) Watching the Toray Pan Pacific Tennis matches
Feb. 2-5 Playing matches, discussion, reception (Shonan Sports Center)
Feb. 6 (Sun) Seminar, watching the matches and practice

■ Racket presents to the world
With the cooperation with JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), our tournament will be a bridge to present rackets to the world, for further popularization of tennis.
We ask spectators to bring the usable rackets on site if available. The JICA will send the rackets to some countries in the world (the country is not determined yet).

Rackets : Should be usable and strung
Date : Jan. 29 (Sat), 30 (Sun), and Feb. 1 (Tue) - 6 (Sun)
Time : opening - 18:00 (till 13:00 only for Feb. 6)
Place : Entrance lobby, “Racket Present” area

** In addition to above, there will be much more events daily, such as, autograph session, lottery, on court interview, airing in the large screen, etc. Further information will be available at our official tournament website.
