The 100th Anniversary Design
These design elements are a graphic expression of what the Toray Group has always been — and will continue to be: a pioneer. Like an explorer planting a flag in uncharted territory, they evoke a spirit of discovery and the courage to go first. The color scheme reflects the breadth and diversity of Toray's business activities and the distinctive achievements across them.
The triangular flag echoes the shape of the anniversary logo. Each of the three flag designs draws from a different section of the logo, and together they give form to the slogan at the heart of our centennial — Pioneering Change for the World.
