  1. Q1. What was your most impressive work?
Making people satisfied and happy with the results of the work provided is indeed the best working experience. I have participated in a number of projects for different applications and capacities in water and waste water treatment fields with Toray reverse-osmosis (RO) elements or ultrafiltration (UF) and submerged membrane bioreactor (MBR) modules involved and it has always been a challenging task having its unique features.
  2. Q2. What does your company do?
Marketing, technical support and sales of Toray water treatment membrane products. RO and nanofiltration (NF) elements, UF modules, MBR, and membrane elements for special application.
  3. Q3. What does your department/section do and what work are you in charge of?
I’m in charge of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other bordering countries for marketing, sales and technical support of Toray membrane products (RO, NF, UF, MBR). I’m involved in activities with many different customers: from small private businesses to huge industrial installations.
  4. Q4. What kind of job do you mainly put a lot of effort into?
The most challenging task is always an adequate, sound and customer satisfactory technical and technological solution which may be implemented with Toray membrane products on site. It requires a lot of effort, technical know-how and energy.
  5. Q5. When do you feel rewarded at work?

When I’m receiving positive feedbacks from the customer with a satisfactory message that everything is in accordance with the proposal/technical design or even better than expected.

  6. Q6. What is it that you put a lot of effort into in your personal life?
My family is the highest priority for me. My three kids (so far) are of different ages and require a lot of effort to take care of. Because of their different ages, their interests are totally different so I have to take various activities which suit them: for older — respective study or hobby groups while for younger — playgroups or suitable games. It’s always a new and changing world for children who are growing very fast, therefore one should enjoy every moment!
