  1. Q1. What was your most impressive work?
    I am involved in a project to construct a Toray Textiles Central Europe s.r.o.'s (TTCE) new plant in Czech Republic which will be manufacturing TORAY WATERLESS PLATE®. The project is on going and is estimated to be operational in November 2013.
  2. Q2. Please explain about the plant you are working at.
    Toray Okazaki Plant manufactures fibers and textiles, medical equipment, and graphic materials and is a global mother plant for each of these products.
  3. Q3. What does your department/section do and what work are you in charge of?
    The department is in charge of manufacturing TORAY WATERLESS PLATE®. I am responsible for the construction of the new line for TTCE, which will serve as the manufacturing base for Europe.
  4. Q4. What kind of job do you mainly put a lot of effort into?
    I put my efforts into the construction of the new production line by preserving the characteristics of the existing one while implementing equipment that had resolved defects.
  5. Q5. When do you feel rewarded at work?
    It is when I am jointly confirming with the manufacturer that the facility I am engaged in designing gradually takes shape.
  6. Q6. What is it that you put a lot of effort into in your personal life?
    My daughter was born in July, 2012. While I bathe my daughter, I check to see how she has grown through her increasing weight and changing facial expressions. I wash her thoroughly and put her to sleep. On weekends, I also feed her baby food.
