The hitoe™ bio-electrode conductive nanofiber fabric is a highly conductive nanofiber textile consisting of nanofiber knit infused with conductive polymers, or polymeric compounds that conduct electricity.
With textiles made of normal polyester fibers, infusing the fabric with conductive polymers leaves large gaps between fibers, causing the polymers to fall off easily after the fabric is worn or washed. However, with hitoe™, conductive polymers enter and fix themselves in position within the small gaps left between the nanofibers. The polymers stay on the fabric, even after many hours of use or repeated washing.
The nanofiber structure provides a very soft texture, and a special coating on the back provides for suitable moisture permeability and retention.
This ensures the fabric won't make the skin feel itchy or irritated, keeping clothing comfortable for long periods of time.
Analyzing the biosignals obtained through the hitoe™ bio-electrode conductive fiber provides for effective sports training, as well as allowing users to see changes in data they normally wouldn't think about in daily life, including physical condition, stress level, and other information.
