【Republic of Korea】(TAK)TAK Supplies Color Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric for High-Performance Masks for the First Time in Korea

TAK developed spunbond nonwoven fabric for high-performance masks in pink and beige for the first time in the Republic of Korea, allowing consumers to choose from more diverse colors for masks.

The newly developed color spunbond nonwoven fabric is manufactured utilizing TAK’s stable and excellent spinning technology that uses harmless pigments to impart colors, and has passed the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of Korea's enhanced safety standards for each color.

In Korea, the expanded choices in colors has been widely acclaimed and is expected to improve the general mood by catering to the customers’ individuality and fashion sense, while ensuring hygiene and safety.

TAK is expected to continue to introduce more vibrant colors such as yellow, ivory, and green in the future, and to promote high spunbond nonwoven material technology by contributing to exports by expanding supply following domestic launch.

In addition, TAK will continue to make efforts to increase hygiene and convenience by improving the lint problem inside the mask with the spunbond nonwoven fabric that feels good and minimizes skin irritation.
