Sani Brown Abdel Hakim competed in the men's 100m at Hurricane Collegiate Invitational in Florida on March 23, finishing in first place with a time of 10.02 seconds.
If he meets the participation standard of 10.00 seconds in a World Ranking event by June 30, 2024, he will be qualified to represent Japan at the race in Paris starting in late July.
