TID purchased a plot about 350,000 square meters in the Sri City Industrial Site, Andhra Pradesh State, in southern India and is currently constructing a plant.
The 19 Japanese companies housed in Sri City Industrial Site got together and donated 45 study desks to a school in the neighborhood. Some 500 students (aged six to 15 years old) are studying at the Irugolam Government Primary School & Higher Secondary School, to which we donated the desks, and many of them do not have desks in their classrooms. At the ceremony for donation, a representative of the students thanked us for the new desks and said they were very happy to study in a comfortable environment.
TID will continue and further develop a favorable relationship with local communities through social contribution activities.
