On October 27, 2018, the Sales Division held a social gathering with 14 female employees representing various departments to discuss the problems and issues being faced by female employees on the job and in private life. The managerial staff from the Sales Division including Executive Vice President Hiroshi Yamada, who is also the General Manager of Sales Division, also participated in the gathering.
The female employees told of the work-life balance and stress and worries at work as well as stated their opinions and proposals regarding workplace environment, system and human resource development, all of them expressing expectations for better workplace environment.
The female participants of the get-together said that the event made them feel the company’s consideration towards female employees and that they would like to continue to enhance both work performance and private life by paying attention to striking a good work-life balance.
