Given the increasing expectations for corporate compliance in recent years, TAK has been continuously developing systems and implementing activities for mitigating compliance-related risks.
As part of these efforts, the Legal & Security Trade Administration Team held training on compliance regarding subcontracting act for sales managers and employees handling subcontractors twice―one on January 14, 2019 at Seoul Head Office and another on January 16 at Gumi Plant. In addition, the Technology Planning Team carried out 10 training sessions on engineering know-how management to prevent outflow of important technological know-how from January 16.
The employees who participated in these training sessions pledged to focus on and make efforts for the establishment of transparent and fair organizational culture. TAK will continue to implement related training.
