On July 19, 2019, TPN held its first Family Day to celebrate the entrance into primary school of the children of its employees.
President Chang Uk, Plant Manager Shen Donghu, Sales Division General Manager Li Xiangrong, and Business Support Department General Manager Li Zonghao attended the event from the company and extended a warm welcome to the new first graders, who will be joining the school in this September, and their family members.
At the event, the children played games with new friends who they just met at the event, watched an animation video on safety, toured of the workplace and had lunch at the company cafeteria. They had a wonderful day, which concluded with them receiving gifts that would help in their studies from TPN to commemorate their school entry.
By inviting the families of employees to the company, the ties that bind the employee families (small families) and the big family of TPN became stronger and we feel that the employees’ sense of belonging towards the company has risen further. Also, the worksite tour for the families helped them to deepen their understanding of the work being done by the family member, thus strengthening the support.
TPN will continue to hold such activities in the future with the aim of further deepening the relationship between the employees and the company.
