Notice regarding postponement of announcement of consolidated results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020

Tokyo, Japan, April 24, 2020 – Toray Industries, Inc. (hereinafter, "Toray") today announced that it will postpone the announcement of consolidated results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020, originally scheduled for May 13, 2020.

1. Reason for the postponement
Toray will postpone the announcement of consolidated results as it expects the delay of annual closing such as audit of domestic and overseas consolidated subsidiaries and affiliated companies by audit firms due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2. Revised schedule
The consolidated financial results are now scheduled to be announced on May 28, 2020.
