In May 2020, YTP carried out a family safety message activity to improve the safety awareness of its employees.
YTP prepared the message card to be distributed to the family members of employees, and asked family members to fill in their messages wishing for the employee’s safety. Employees from all departments were asked to actively participate in the activity and as a result, 327 employees took part.
The cards with messages from family members were collected and put up on a wall for everyone to read. Through this activity, we were able to share the importance of safety culture and placing top priority on safety with employees and their family members.
For the development of YTP, we will carry out production activities safely by further adhering to safety rules and practicing “Anzen Koh-Doh” (thoughtful safety action), which also makes our families happy.
