STEMCO held a safety awareness reminder meeting on October 7, 2020, as an event to commemorate two years without occupational accidents.
As a COVID-19 measure, the meeting was held in a remote format utilizing a teleconference system, with participants divided into four locations within the company. At the meeting, the participants shared accident cases and safety activity track record, and read out the safety declaration. The Plant Support Team, which promoted various safety works and activities, was presented a distinguished service plaque, while safety essays that received a prize were read, and CEO Oum Young Ha presented his review. It was a meaningful meeting where all participants renewed their pledge to continuously promote safety activities.
Each of us will use our wisdom to create a safe company so that STEMCO’s zero occupational accident clock, which has recorded more than five million hours will keep on ticking.
