TAK held the launch ceremony of "Happy With," a subsidiary-type standardized workplace for persons with disabilities, at its Gumi 2 Plant in Gumi City, on April 1, 2022.

Happy With was jointly established by TAK and the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities (KEAD) in August 2021 through an agreement to create jobs for persons with disabilities. A total of 11 people attended the ceremony, including Chairman Lee Young-kwan, CEO Jeon Hae-sang, and Gumi Plant Manager Lee Byung-kook from TAK, Gumi Mayor Jang Se-yong, National Assemblymen Kim Young-sik and Koo Ja-geun, and officials from the KEAD.

The event started off with the presentation of the progress report regarding the launch of Happy With, followed by ribbon cutting and reception.

TAK plans to provide stable jobs to disabled workers and practice social responsibility through the launch of Happy With.
