Toray Industries, Inc.
From June 16 to 22, and on July 27, 2022, for six days, the International Human Resources Dept. of Toray Industries, Inc. held the 2022 TTP for section managers of Toray Group companies outside Japan. This year, 15 participants from 12 companies in seven countries took part in the program.
The participants deepened their understanding of Toray-style management through sessions on Toray Philosophy, Long-Term Corporate Vision, TORAY VISION 2030 (VISION 2030), Medium-Term Management Program, Project AP-G 2022 (AP-G 2022), as well as CSR, ethics and compliance, and safety, accident prevention, environmental and health management taught by Toray internal lecturers. Moreover, they learned about behavior assessment (DiSC[1]) and improvement of management skills (BME[2]) from external lecturers. After about a month’s interval period of practicing what they learned at their respective workplaces, the participants reviewed them on the last day of the TTP.
