Toray Films Europe S.A.S. (TFE)
TFE has been continuously implementing various measures to improve the quality of working life of its employees. These measures include the disability policy which makes employees to get more and more involved in the issue of disability in the workplace.
For the second consecutive year, on September 23, 2022, 10 pairs of employees from TFE (three pairs in mixed-gender class, four in intergenerational class, and three in free class) participated in the “Course de la Diversité Lyon 2022,” an inter-company race that promotes the values of social cohesion, solidarity and equal opportunity. The participants ran or walked six kilometers for diversity and disabled people, which we believe is a real BEAR action (E: encourage respect and communication).
We wore something that shows the color of Toray so as to represent and express our pride in running for the company, and on top of it, to build team spirit by sharing common values and respecting each other. This year, two pairs from TFE received prizes: the best free pair and the best intergenerational pair.
TFE will roll out other activities like participating in disability week, holding a conference inviting top-class athletes with disabilities, and massage workshop.
